Foster Grandparents

Foster Grandparents are volunteers who serve as role models, mentors, and friends to young, low-income children at risk of falling behind in school. Lutheran Life Villages fosters these relationships through an innovative partnership with the Fort Wayne Foster Grandparent program.

Pastoral Care

Our full-time Pastoral Care team is available to serve the spiritual needs of our residents and their families. As a faith-based organization, LLV offers regular church services, Bible studies, and other opportunities for spiritual growth for those interested.

Activity Program

Lutheran Life Villages encourages all residents to join life-enriching programs. From regular chapel services and games, to music and intergenerational programming, our goal is to promote health and happiness through high quality, compassionate care and life-enhancing programs and activities. A monthly Activities Calendar is available for residents and visitors. Please see the front desk to obtain a copy.

Social Services

Our Social Services team helps meet the medically-related social and psycho-social needs of each resident. Families are also encouraged to utilize the services of our Social Workers regarding room changes, financial concerns, or just to talk to someone. They are also knowledgeable about other resources in the community and coordinate all discharges.
