Lutheran Life Villages has been providing compassionate, spiritually connected care to seniors since 1931. What started as the “Oak Street Home” has evolved to several thriving senior communities across Northeast Indiana. While a lot has changed, our mission to serve seniors in our communities has remained the same. And as we continue to grow to serve our 55+ population, we will always strive to provide a better way of living for our residents, staff, and everyone in our community.

Our accomplished leadership team, comprising both our Executive Staff and Board of Directors, contributes a diverse array of experience and expertise to our initiatives. Our board members volunteer their time and talent to ensure that Lutheran Life Villages stays true to our goal of providing A Better Way of Living to older adults and their families in Northeast Indiana — with the highest-quality senior living, healthcare and other services.

The mission of Cross Connections is to provide affordable, Christ-centered professional counseling and to equip lay counselors, called Covenant Partners, in offering Biblical guidance to others.
