We offer full-time Memory Care services to residents at The Village at Anthony Boulevard and The Village at Kendallville — providing specialized care in a separate, secure neighborhood.

You can rest assured that our memory care ambassadors will work with your loved one with specially designed activities that promote social, physical, sensory, and emotional well-being, whatever their capabilities and needs.

Focusing on individuals means being able to offer programs for all levels of care, and provide vital structure for those with memory loss. Our approach includes:

  • Outside excursions and recreational activities 
  • Social stimulation 
  • Arts and crafts activities 
  • Exercise and health monitoring
