In October, Lutheran Life Villages attended LeadingAge's Annual Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee, Each year the conference provides a wealth of information shared by over 450 speakers, representing more than 300 organizations around the world in the senior services industry! Lutheran Life Villages is proud to have attended and learned of new trends, technology, all while contributing to the success of nonprofit senior service organizations. We are more proud than ever to employ a group of individuals so dedicated to our personal mission.
At Lutheran Life Villages, we're committed to enhancing the lives of our residents, and everyone in Northeast Indiana. Our goal is to help older adults live their lives to the fullest, and it starts with a genuine interest in getting to know who they are as an individual.
It's not just about providing care, but following up to make sure everything is OK. We treat everyone with respect – from our residents to their families to our staff. Even a simple "hello" can go a long way in adding to a person's self-worth.
This unique brand of compassionate care is deeply rooted in our spiritual foundation. It's what inspires us to serve our residents with a greater sense of purpose. And it's what propels us to provide them with A Better Way of Living.
The close of LeadingAge's 2014 Annual Meeting provided us with a song as our lasting memento. LeadingAge and Sodexo collaborated with singer songwriter Lionel Cartwright on an original composition and score to capture the passion of our field and express the importance we play in the world. Music is a powerful way to tell a story. Enjoy!
