It’s true. Staying active is one of the keys to a healthy, happy life. And we make it easy and fun—with lots of opportunities for fitness and recreation. It’s part of our life-enhancing wellness program that helps you live life to the fullest. In fact, many of our residents tell us they’re keeping more active now than they ever did at home.

Fitness programs tailored just for you

Our fully equipped ____________  square foot fitness center staffed by certified fitness instructors. who will customize a program to help you achieve your fitness goal. and guide you through the exercises and the equipment you’ll be using. You can choose personal training as well as group classes, including Tai Chi, yoga, <ADDITIONAL CLASSES>.. After exercise, you can lay back and relax in a whirlpool tub.

For those battling Parkinson’s disease, our innovative Rock Steady Boxing program non-contact exercise therapy program can help improve quality of life.

Stay In shape outside

Not all of our fitness offerings are indoors. Outside, the winding pathways of our scenic Heritage Trail provides for a peaceful stroll or vigorous walk through our beautiful 42-acre campus.

And in the surrounding Fort Wayne community, you’ll find additional opportunities to stay active, including three public golf courses, bowling alleys, parks and a nature preserve with walking trails.
