We are seeking a responsible individual for our residential living community to join our sales team as our Residential Living Consultant.

As the Residential Living Consultant we expect this candidate to be an outgoing, positive, upbeat individual who values the importance of a team. The ideal candidate would be more proactive than reactive in the development and maintenance of census for the residential living community at Lutheran Life Villages. Duties may include prompt prospect and lead follow up, reviewing/revising sales/admission processes, participation in the development of marketing/promotional materials, engagement with residents and staff in relation to the move-in process, and working closely with the Director of Social Health and Wellbeing to identify resident that may benefit from personal services and/or transitional services upon move-in. The ideal candidate would also have the ability to learn about all services Lutheran Life Villages can offer to best serve the community as a whole including focuses of sister campuses, community engagement opportunities, and the implementation of personal care services where warranted.
