Lutheran Life Villages, one of the premier providers of senior care in the greater Fort Wayne area is now hiring for a Medicaid Resident Account Representative to assist our wonderful residents in the Lutheran Life Villages communities.
This position is responsible for the client care of resident accounts related to Medicaid and MedWaiver. This includes building relationships with providers, resident and their families. It also includes keeping up to date with any changes in Medicaid policies, monitoring resident status to ensure Medicaid status, completing Medicaid Redeterminations (when applicable), assisting residents and their family members with education in understanding the Medicaid processes, and may back up for other business office functions as needed.
