Employee Appreciation

Funds raised allow us to show gratitude and provide support to the dedicated employees who make our organization thrive.

Contributions fund programs like nursing scholarships, food trucks, staff appreciation parties, and the Samaritan Fund, which helps employees in times of need. Donations also support our Tuition Reimbursement program, promoting education and growth. Your generosity enhances the well-being and morale of those serving our residents.

Pastoral Care

Funds raised for our Pastoral Care Ministry provide spiritual health and wellness services for those we serve.

Supported by volunteers, our full-time Chaplaincy Team leads our residents in worship, counsels those in need, guides Bible studies, and sings hymns at all of our campuses. They have officiated weddings, funerals, and everything in between, serving over 700 residents and their families, as well as nearly 600 LLV staff.

Resident Programming

Engaging residents in meaningful and beneficial experiences is critical to their quality of life and overall wellness.

Residents at Lutheran Life Villages have access to personalized, meaningful engagement of their choosing. Community outings, games, exercise classes, educational presentations, intergenerational engagement, and so much more are made possible through donations from our community and the dedicated service of our staff and volunteers.

Capital Improvements

Lutheran Life Villages continues to invest in capital projects that improve the environment for our residents, members, staff, and guests.

Visible investments include buses, vans, and other vehicles, walking paths, interior renovations, and technology. Less visible investments include mechanical items like plumbing, heating, and electrical systems.
