This position is responsible for several aspects of customer service including helping to determine eligibility for potential residents along with answering questions from residents and family members related to their stay. The position makes daily deposits then posts payments to Accounts Receivable.
Two year associates degree or equivalent, preferably in the long term care industry.
A minimum of 2-3 years working in a business office, with prior AR posting experience.
