Assists in the management of the Dining Services Department, ensuring quality food. Directs and assists in the preparation and serving of regular meals and therapeutic diets. Maintains area and equipment in sanitary conditions.
a. Certified Dietary Manager/Certified Food Protection preferred
b. Serv-Safe certified
a. Three - Four years food service experience preferred
b. Two years supervisory experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
a. Ability to adhere to federal and state regulations.
b. Ability to work independently while supporting collaborative environment with all departments.
c. Customer service focused displaying excellence in customer service techniques.
d. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
e. Weekends, holiday and extended shifts required.
