Customer Care Representative | Administration

Location: The Village at Anthony Boulevard
Type: Part-time
Hours: 20 - 30 hours, flexible schedule. Reception Center hours are 7am-8pm all days. Some evenings and weekends required.

Job Duties

The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellence in customer service by handling all incoming Reception Center requests promptly and correctly.  They are responsible for receiving and recording payments, resident trust transactions, as well as providing quality technical and accounting support as assigned by supervisor

Job Qualifications

1.  Education/Training  

     High school diploma, accounting training preferred      

2.  Experience  

     At least two years working in a business office and/or accounting field, preferably in long-term care setting      

3.   Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  

      a.      Excellent customer service skills and professional representation,  

      b.     Basic accounting functions.  

      c.      Basic use of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.  

      d.     Strong verbal communication skills.
